Meet Kristina

Kristina’s deep-rooted connection with nature comes as naturally as her love for yoga, meditation, and healing. Hailing from Chesapeake, her journey into the world of yoga began as a personal quest for balance, serenity, and peace. Armed with a rich background in yoga and meditation practices, including training at the Ekam temple in India with Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, Kristina infuses her teachings with mindfulness and stillness. Each beachside class becomes a symphony of movement, breath, and stillness, inviting participants to ground themselves in the present moment and find their own inner calm.

A dedicated professional, Kristina’s commitment to her craft led her to earn her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification from the prestigious Asheville Yoga Center. This achievement speaks to her unwavering dedication to honing her skills and sharing her knowledge with the yoga community. Her status as an RYT underscores her role as a respected instructor in the field. Kristina is currently earning a masters degree as a Licensed Counselor which inspires her yoga sessions towards healing and wholeness.

Individual sessions and group classes are guided amidst the waves. With the backdrop of seagulls in flight and the soothing sea breeze as her companion, Kristina leads transformative beachside yoga sessions.
