Tula Yoga is a haven for wellness, mindfulness, and connection. Led by experienced instructor Kristina, our sessions offer a unique opportunity to align your body, mind, and spirit. Please note that not all classes are held on the beach; we do private lessons at different locations as well. - Do I need to have prior yoga experience to attend classes?
Not at all! Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Kristina tailors each session to cater to individual needs and experience levels. - What is the cost for the beach yoga classes?
We are thrilled to offer a FREE beach yoga class every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month (Donations are happily accepted). All you need to bring is a towel and yourself. It’s our way of giving back to the community and promoting wellness for all. - What should I bring to a beach yoga class?
For our free beach yoga classes, all you need is a towel and yourself. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and don’t forget your sunscreen to stay protected under the sun’s rays. - Are private lessons available?
Yes, Kristina offers private lessons by appointment. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, work on specific poses, or receive personalized guidance, private sessions offer a tailored experience to suit your needs.
